Who can we help this week?

Here's 2(ish) very practical questions on doing business in the US from Michael at Datagrid: First question: When we invoice our Irish and UK clients they pay by Direct Debit. Is there an equivalent process in the US to allow us and the client to automate the process as much as possible and make the payment process as smooth as possible?

If there is, does it only work if we have a US domiciled account? What do US companies use if not a DD system? We want to make it easy for the client to pay us, and for us to collect the monthly income. Second Question: In order to invoice and collect / receive payments from a US client, do we need to be registered in the US or use a US company? I assume not, but have been told otherwise.

Installers wanted for Snugburners
Here's a company that's looking for sales agents. You might be interested or know of ways for this company to get their message out there. A client of EzSales is looking for a number of experienced oil burner installers / service engineers to install Snugburner conversion kits in the Republic of Ireland. Snugburner conversion kits work with Aga and Rayburn oil-burning wick cookers. Agacentric are the sole distributors of the Snugburner conversion kit in the Republic and Northern Ireland. They are looking for installers throughout Ireland, particularly in Cork and Kerry and preferably OFTEC registered.
