Ron Immink created a new topic The man or woman behind the entrepreneur in the forum.A friend of mine is doing a study on the man or woman behind the entrepreneur and how that impacts on the business. Here is a brief description of the research:
Most entrepreneurship literature has traditionally explored the individual entrepreneur, their personal characteristics, motivation and ability to identify and create opportunities. The focus of my Doctoral research is on the personal relationships (romantic) of the entrepreneur and how these may impact on the entrepreneurial ventures. In order to gather data I need to interview entrepreneurs (either with or without their romantic partners) and discuss the combined dynamics of their relationships and their entrepreneurial activities.
If you are willing to participate in the research or have a view let us know.
